Our Support Groups
Meal Ministry
Our meal ministry team provides short-term home delivered meals to parishioners who have experienced an acute illness, recent hospitalization, death of a loved one, or birth of a new baby. Receiving tangible support from fellow parishioners brings our faith community together in times of need. We can offer you meals for a day, a week or two weeks. Please contact our Pastoral Care office to make arrangements at 518-462-1336.
Divorce Support
Our Divorce Support Group will be restarting this March. This group offers a safe environment to share, receive encouragement, pray together, find healing, and a path of hope and self confidence. Meetings will take place every other Sunday beginning March 1st, from 11:00am–12:15pm in the Veronica Room.
For more information, please contact Darlene Sheffer at dsheffer100@icloud.com.
Bereavement Program
Twice a year, in the Fall and in the Spring, we offer a bereavement program called Seasons of Hope, for those suffering the loss of a loved one. This year’s Fall program will begin on Monday, October 6th and continue for six sessions on Monday evenings. To learn more about our program, please contact Susan Ikenhoffer at 518-813-5733 or at susanikenhoffer@gmail.com
This program has been helpful and meaningful to many of our parishioners.
A.A. Support
We are happy to bring back our A.A program after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. Our A.A program is a continuous class that meets from 7 – 8:30pm on Thursdays in the Martin Room. Please contact the parish office at (518) 462-1336 if you are interested in attending.
