Foundations: Our Middle School Program
Matthew 7:24 — “Built on the rock.”
Through the Foundations program, students in grades 6-8 will learn the basics of our faith in a fun and interactive way. Through games, group discussions, and fun, engaging lessons, students will take away from this program what it means to be Catholic, and why we believe what we do! We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Disciples: Our High School Program
Luke 24:32 — “Were not our hearts burning?”
Our Disciples program is for all high school students, and completely elective. This program focuses on our daily walk with Christ through community building and fun. We meet on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Once a month we focus on socialization, and once a month we focus on a service project.
Called: The First Year of Confirmation Preparation
Isaiah 6:8 — “Here I am, send me.”
The Called program is the first exciting step towards making your Confirmation. Through this program, students will dive deeper into the basics of our faith through monthly classes, followed by Holy Mass. They will also have the opportunity to serve our community through the completion of 10 service hours, and complete two family projects during the Lent & Advent seasons.
We will meet from 11am-12pm, and then attend the 12pm Mass together.
Note: Students that are currently enrolled in a Catholic school are exempt from the monthly classes, but still must complete the family projects, retreat, and service hour requirements.
Sent: The Last Stage of Confirmation Preparation
Matthew 28:19 — “Go and make disciples.”
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit". Sent is our immediate Confirmation preparation designed for all candidates making the Sacrament of Confirmation that year. Through a total of 12 sessions, students will learn what it means to be Confirmed in Christ, and how they can use this incredible gift to go forth and spread the Good News!
We will meet from 1:00pm - 2:30pm.
Note: Both public and Catholic school students are required to complete these sessions!
