St. Pius X Mission Statement: A welcoming Catholic community striving to know and love God, serve and love our neighbors, and invite others into a relationship with Jesus Christ. The St. Pius X Religious Education Program welcomes all children and teaches them to know, love and serve God and their neighbors.
Catechist Information: We welcome individuals to become part of this ministry of the Word. Catechists (religious education teachers) are called to “echo” the Word of God in his/her own life: then by helping others to do the same. A catechist’s job is to help each child deepen their faith received at baptism. You will become part of our community, deepen your faith and share the awesome mystery of God. Two of our retiring teachers have written an invitation to you to consider sharing your faith and gifts with our youth. Hear why their experiences have been so rewarding to them here. Please contact Ann Smith at 518-465-8068 or through the form to the right.
