At St. Pius X Parish, we are dedicated to creating the best and safest programs for our youth.

If you are a youth volunteer, under the age of 18, you must read and sign a Diocesan Youth Code of Conduct.

If you are an adult volunteer, over the age of 18, you must:

• Read, sign and submit a Volunteer Application Form

• Complete VIRTUS Training – click here for schedule

• Read directions and complete Criminal Background Check

• Read, sign and submit a Diocesan Youth Code of Conduct

• Read, sign and submit a Diocesan Social Media Policy

• Read, sign and submit a Diocesan Technology Policy

In addition to these requirements, some volunteers and staff may be subject to additional procedures.

Be sure to submit all forms to Nancy Uruskyj at nmu@nycap.rr.com.  Forms can be printed, filled out, scanned and sent via e-mail or printed, filled out and brought to the Parish Office.
