The meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Cindy Pettit, President.
Several intentions for prayers were voiced for friends and relatives.

Cindy asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of last meeting. Justyn made a
motion to approve the minutes and Tom seconded the motion. All approved.

Principal’s Report – Dennis
Dennis spoke about accreditation for principals. Apparently it is a very difficult process but Dennis has already been through it. Father said it is very tough and all aspects of the St. Pius X School will be looked at.
The School Board Meeting was cancelled but ongoing items were discussed:

• Winter’s Night Out
• Web Design Company
• 24th Open House – there will be many lawn signs placed around the area and again a large billboard in Clifton Park.
• The school is drawing students from several communities.
• The dedication of the new classrooms went well. The school is almost up to capacity.
• Evaluate spending on advertising.
• Paul Kutey said that he suggested that the School Board look into the cost of advertising.
  

Youth Ministry – Brian
Brian discussed the 13th National Conference for Students held in Kansas City, Missouri. There were over 23,000 in attendance and Brian said it was so impressive watching the participants file into the convention Center and then the silence of Adoration. Just imagine a convention center filled with young adults and you could hear a pin drop. Bishop Hubbard , Fr. Walsh and Fr. Moore were also in attendance.

Committee Reports
Christian Works and Services – Tom Christman Tom thanked Jackie and John DeFillippi for all of their work. Ellie was thanked for the Giving Tree Thanks were given for the Sunday School Collection of canned foods. Brian and Jerry delivered goods to Mercy House and other homeless shelters. There was also a brief discussion regarding ushers for the Christmas Masses.

Sister Parish – Jackie Jackie brought all collected items to Jim Thayer for shipment. There was an incredible amount of.

Public Relations Committee Held there first meeting and looked at Web Sites. The committee will interface with Dennis to find a vendor.

Google Cloud computing Dick Connery made a short presentation on Google Cloud.
